Make a Mental Cast Test, if 2 or greater you Send a fireball at your oppenents hitting a circular area with a radius of 2 squares refer to the above hit table.

Everyone within the effected area, even ally's must make a Physical Save Test against the sum of the Mental Cast Test roll, or else they take an immediate +1 Fire Damage. Until they make a Save Test against a DL of 2 they take +1 Fire Damage at the start of their turn.
